Today I am happy to share with you the knitting pattern for this rectagular pillow cover. Knit in cotton, it will provide plenty of comfort in any room of your home while adding a pop of color to your decor.
This pattern is part of the Finishing Touches KAL hosted by the Underground Crafter. Complete information about the year long KAL can be found HERE.
Materials:
U.S. Size 5 knitting needles
Lion Brand Comfy Cotton Blend-
1 skein of Ocean Breeze (A)
1 skein Whipped Cream (B)
1 12×16 Rectangle Pillow Form
Pattern Notes
This simple knit pillow cover is worked flat and seamed. The eyelet holes on each side are lined up and ribbon is thread through them to secure the sides.
The flat piece may appear wide but when it is wrapped around pillow form, it will fit securely.
Carry yarn not in use along the side of piece, always bringing the new color behind the yarn being carried to avoid holes.
